We absolutely loved this stunning apartment in Kolonaki, a very posh neighborhood 10-15 walking distance from Syntagma square. The apartment corresponds exacly to the pictures, it’s a 6th floor apt with elevator and 3 working A/C. We appreciated the possibility of a late check-in and the information sent by the host were clear and precise. We fell in love with the terrace. We arrived in the middle of the night and it was a big surprise to see the parthenon between the rooftops. We will come back next time.

Perfect stay in vibrant neighborhood! Great location, super clean, amazing outdoor balcony even with Acropolis view, our host Paris was exceptionally friendly and helpful when we had trouble with our flights and he made a late checkout possible - BIG thanks!! Perfect accommodation in the heart of Kolonaki: Lots of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and general shopping options and only half an hour's walk up Lykavittos Hill where you get a magnificent view of Athens. Direct metro line to airport and Piraeus. Sleeping room on the quiet side. Big fridge, working a/c, washing machine with quick programme, awesome and clear apartment brochure including check in- & out procedure - shortly: we were happy and couldn't have asked for more.

Really great apartment with an amazing tereace that has nice view. The place is tidy and the kitchen has a lot of amenities. I definitely recommend the place!

It is located in very posh location of Athens . Close by walking distance to all the historical and tourist attraction places . The property is very clean and recently renovated with all the necessary facilities . If I go to Athens again , i will book this property again . Thank you

We spent 5 nights in the apartment and can highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped (including ice cubes in the TK compartment). The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We especially liked the location in the Kolonaki area, there are a lot of very good restaurants and bars nearby, all within walking distance. From there, you can also walk very well to the city center and the sights. We did not use the metro once. The communication with landlords was impeccable and we got a lot of tips and information in advance, summarized in a booklet. Thank you for the great stay! 😊

We loved Paris’s apartment and the area was just what we were looking for: lively but not noisy, close to so many cafes and restaurants etc. All Paris’s recommendations for restaurants were perfect It was a bonus to have a large terrace to sit outside and soak up the wonderful Athenian atmosphere. When in Athens, stay at Paris’s apartment and feel like an Athenian!
